The company Bamotemo which is known under the trading name UBU (hereafter “UBU”) develops and distributes a management application which allows its clients to manage their social interactions especially on Instagram (the "Application").
Any information about the Application can be accessed at https://www.getubu.com (the “Website”).
These general terms and conditions (the “General Terms and Conditions”) apply without restriction or reservation to the services provided by UBU (the "Services"). Their purpose is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Services provided for the client identified in the quotation(s) referred to in Article 2 (the "Client"), as well as to define the rights and obligations of the various parties within this context.
They can be accessed and printed at any moment from a direct link on the Website.
Together with the quotation(s) (the "Quotation(s)"), they form an inseparable contractual whole (the "Agreement").
In the event of contradiction, the provisions of the Quotation(s) shall prevail over these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of contradiction between different Quotations, the most recent document shall prevail over the oldest.
The Agreement shall prevail over any other general or specific terms and conditions not expressly approved by UBU.
The Website, the Application and the Services are managed by the company BAMOTEMO which is known under the trading name UBU, a French simplified joint stock company (“Société par Actions Simplifiée”) registered under number 889 227 039 with the Registry of Trade and Companies of Paris, whose head office is located at 9, rue Commines, in Paris (75003).
